Thalassa Estate

There are two luxurious independent villas, Paraliaki and Thalassia, at Thalassa Estate in the Agia Paraskevi region of Skiathos that can host up to 22 guests.

Villa Paraliaki is a luxurious 5-bedroom beachfront villa spread over three floors with a 80 sqm infinity pool. You can step out of the villa to find a secluded golden sandy beach with private sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa offers stunning sea views and outdoor shaded sitting areas, including a spacious indoor/outdoor living space in front of the pool with couches, sunbeds, umbrellas, and two dining tables seating 20 people. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, a large indoor living room with a fireplace, and a walk-in closet study with a small library.

Villa Thalassia is a 6 bedroom beachfront villa. The villa is just a forty metre walk away from a secluded golden sandy beach with private sunbeds and umbrellas. A RIB is available at an extra cost and the two villas can be taken together for very large groups.

The bedrooms, with sea views, are split across two floors, five of them opening onto shaded verandas with outdoor seating. The first floor sitting/dining room has doors opening onto the terrace and large windows to maximise the light. The kitchen is well equipped, also with outside access.

On the uppermost terrace there’s a 60sqm infinity pool, sun beds, and a stone and covered shaded area with a dining table and chairs, sofas, barbecue and outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals. Further comfortable seating, on the terraces below, is under the shade of verandas with occasional tables and ceiling fans.
